Ideally combining traditional Cycladic architecture with the high aesthetics and dazzling white of Antiparos, alphadelta constructions created three luxury homes of high aesthetic level with pools on the island for touristic use.
The buildings are located on a land plot of total area of 4658.21 sq.m. and consist of basement, ground floor, and first floor. Within each house there are four double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large entrance area in connection with the kitchen and the outdoor area of the pool. In the surrounding area there are balconies, swimming pool, parking space and rainwater tank for each house separately.
These structures have external stone load bearing-masonry, reinforced concrete slabs, and the internal walls are made of bricks. Τhe coatings of all the exterior surfaces of the buildings, which were of great significance in order to achieve the appropriate local image, in some places are rubble limestone mortar while in some surfaces the stone masonry remained visible, properly jointed.
Attention was given to the feeling of isolation of each house, especially in the areas of the pools, where areas of exclusive use were demarcated and separated by stone walls, which at the same time protect from the summer winds of the island.
The aesthetic result is unrivaled and the combination with its functionality and the natural beauty of the island, makes the houses stand as a point of reference.
